Maintenance – Mechanical PPM and reactive works

Project Overview


Geoffrey Robinson provide a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive maintenance (RM) service provision for Cleveland Police for multiple building located within the county. The contract was won via competitive tender process.

Working for Tascor FM our engineers are tasked directly and provide full documentary evidence of completion of works against Service Level Agreements (SLA) requirements, nominally set at Emergency, Urgent and Non-Urgent. Engineers will attempt to carry out first time fixes, and where this is not possible will be send alerts to Site Manager as required.

Items requiring new or replacement parts over the agreed contract limit are competitively sought and agreed with the client prior to completion.

For safety and security all our service engineers are DBS and Reset checked and vetted, wear easily identifiable Geoffrey Robinson clothing, Gas Safe register logo and hold secure photo identity badges.

A small team of dedicated staff are allocated to this contract, to ensure continuity of service provision, with a good working knowledge of sites; thus, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and minimising call out requirement.
